From the time Lloyd Bodyshop at Newcastle received my car, to

the time it was handed back to me, they were very professional,

keeping me regularly updated throughout the whole process of

the repair of my vehicle. Unfortunately due to stock availability

Mercedes were unable to supply a rear bumper for my car as

they didn't have one available in this country. An 8 week delivery

time was given to source one from Germany, but this was

unreasonable & not satis_ed with this, Paul from Lloyd

Bodyshop scoured the country & eventually found one in

Lincolnshire. I cannot praise the actions of Lloyd Bodyshop

highly enough. They weren't prepared to just wait for the

bumper to arrive but actively took steps to and a replacement.

These actions got my car back to me & back on the road much

sooner than I had anticipated. The standard of the repair is

exceptional & the colour match is perfect. Even though I live 50+

miles away from the workshop, I wouldn't hesitate to come back

to Lloyd Bodyshop if I ever needed any repair's doing in the

future & would recommend their services to anyone. Excellent

The bodyshop at Lloyd BMW in Colne were the garage appointed by our insurers to undertake

repairs to our Nissan X Trail. The damage was extensive on both nearside doors and the rear wheel arch. 

On dropping the car off we were provided with a, pretty much, brand new courtesy car, no company logo

emblazoned down the side, it was a delight to drive.

Our contact at Lloyd BMW was Rik, who throughout the process dealt with us in a most professional

manner and kept us updated with text messages, phone calls and emails.

From start to finish the work took four days and was completed exactly on the schedule advised.

The repair itself is superb, the car restored to its original condition and also fully cleaned inside and out.

We also took the 'advantage' of the car being repaired to get a private quotation for some other slight damage.

This quote was very competitive and again the work was carried out to the highest of standards.
